We are a diverse group of professionals from all over the world, working together from 15 different countries and across 10 time zones. Our company being based in Germany allows us to collaborate seamlessly, leveraging the strengths of our global team.

Our team is composed of two main branches, the Tech Team and the HR and Business Team. The Tech Team is responsible for driving our company's technical capabilities and ensuring we are at the forefront of innovation. They are backed by the HR and Business Team which focuses on modern working culture and IT environment. They work hand in hand to ensure that our company culture and values are aligned with our mission and goals.

The Founder

Mike is the CEO and founder of SPACE44, a company driven by the energy of talented and motivated individuals. He began his career as an engineer for BMW Motorsport where he designed a race car, category and competition concept for the Formula BMW, an international entry level race category for aspiring Formula 1 talents.

Throughout his career, Mike has always believed in the power of attitude and approach to make a difference. He believes that it's not about what you bring to a situation, but what you make out of it. This belief has been a guiding principle at SPACE44 since its inception.

Mike has been instrumental in building the company's culture and values. He leads by example, constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible and encouraging his team to do the same. He brings to the table a strong background in engineering, a keen eye for innovation, and a passion for excellence.

Under Mike's leadership, SPACE44 has been able to create a remarkable business solution, and his approach and values have played a significant role in shaping the company's identity.
